Spectra-Physics Helium-Neon laser, model 124, with model 255 exciter, $175. This is a 25mW Big Laser. The case is a really neat aquamarine color, and you can see the glow of the laser tube through ventilation slots cut the whole length of the case.
Hewlett-Packard 20MHz digital storage oscilloscope, model 54200A. $150. Scope is in fine shape, I have a manual I found online, hosted at HP's website. I now have a newer HP model I'll probably never get rid of, because I'm so happy with the controls. This oscilloscope offers advanced automatic measurements on waveforms: frequency, risetime, amplitude, timing, etc.
